3. Listing Items
Users may list items for sale subject to admin approval. All listings must be accurate, legal, and not prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.
4. Payments & Credits
Property listings require credits to contact sellers. Credits can be purchased via M-Pesa. All payments are final and non-refundable.

NO PAYMENT should be made to any landlord or seller BEFORE visiting the premises or inspecting the product in person. Chuka TradeNest is not responsible for any payments made outside our platform.
🚨 ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SCAMMING:
Anyone caught engaging in fraudulent activities will be prosecuted in a court of law. Report suspicious activity to our admin immediately.
5. User Conduct
Users must treat others with respect. Harassment, spam, or fraudulent behavior will result in immediate account termination.
6. Liability
Chuka TradeNest is a marketplace platform and is not liable for transactions between users. All dealings are between buyers and sellers.
